But you are sure that you have nothing wrong with you physically. The mind might be willing to get out of bed yet your body is telling you otherwise. Usually we try to cure this problem by overeating, smoking cigarettes, and drinking coffee. You might get a jolt, but it will only be temporary. Over time, our bodies will continue to build up toxins.
Most everyone these days leads a very fast paced lifestyle so we need our bodies to constantly be ready to get up and go. There are people who feel the need to take a stimulant or other drug just to keep up with the demand of their lifestyles. These stimulants come in the form of nicotine, coffee, diet pills, and drugs. What happens in most cases is that the body only reacts to the stimulants for a short period of time, after the effects wear off, headaches and tiredness are often experienced. This is really not what you intended from the start .
So, what are toxins? How do toxins get into our bodies, where are they coming from? First of all, there are two types of toxins; Exogenous or external, and Endogenous or internal. Exogenous come from outside sources such as pollution, drugs, smoke, etc…. Endogenous toxins come from a viral or bacterial infection. Sometimes our own body can create a toxins which is then referred to as Autogenous.
There is a way to get rid of these toxins that are abound in our bodies and it’s through a body detox program. This will remove toxins from the kidneys, colon, liver, and blood at a faster rate than your body could naturally eliminate. Perhaps the best and cheapest way to get rid of this buildup is through a natural body detox. Simply put, natural detox is nothing more than changing your diet from a bad one to a good one. Fruits and vegetables are the most important part of a natural diet program.
Even though your body will rid itself of toxins on its own to a certain degree, you should limit your intake of such stimulants such as sugar. Fruit juices which you think might only contain fruit also contain a lot of sugar and should therefore be avoided.
Naturally, the body detoxifies itself all day. Sleeping is when most of the toxins in your body are rid of naturally through your body’s own processes. This is a way for the body to eliminate the toxins acquired from pollution, stimulants and nutrients. Why not try a cup of Chinese green tea to help keep you going rather than your standard cup of coffee. You will get the same effect as coffee however, you won’t have the same harmful substances that coffee has.
Eat some natural fruit instead of taking diet pills to keep you going. Not only will they provide a necessary stimulating effect, they also contain natural detoxifying agents. Instead of red meats, try fish instead. Red meats contain more fat and don’t have those natural detoxifying agents like fish naturally does.
So before you spend money to detox your body with diet program or pills, remember, the same results can be achieved just by changing your diet. Your body will thank you and you’ll be able to accomplish more every day.
